Q: What if I love Pandora’s Box and want to share my experience?

A: Please feel free to comment on the “blog” posts as well as the Facebook and Instagram pages.

 

Q: I’m nervous that my neighbors will notice my order, how will you keep my subscription “discrete”?

A: Pandora’s Box will be delivered discretely in a black polyethylene wrap to ensure confidentiality.

 

Q: What if I don’t feel comfortable with what is suggested in a box?

A: Pandora’s Box is merely meant to provide ideas for each couple. Make each activity your own and only do what you feel comfortable with.

 

Q: What will be in the boxes?

A: That’s part of the surprise. Each box will be unique and take you and your partner on a journey to deepen your relationship.

 

Q: What if I fall in love with something in the box? Can I get more of the items? Or do I need to buy another subscription?

A: Check out the Boutique to purchase additional items. You will not need to buy multiple subscriptions. Pandora will also post some of her favorite item each month as a showcase of the best items around.

 

Q: What if my box doesn’t have something that I want?

A: The boutique is a great place to purchase an item if you know what you’re looking for. If you need to call Hades Hotline he may be able to help as well.

 

Q: Will there be lingerie? How will you know my size?

A: All lingerie will be one size fits all.

 

Q: Can I get the box for someone else?

A: Yes, you can order the subscription and input their information as the delivery option. There are also boxes designed to be gifts such as the Honeymoon box.

 

 

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: You will be charged the day of purchase, and for the subscription boxes, you will be charged the same day in the following month until canceled. 

 

Q: What if I move, or change addresses?

A: Please make sure you update your address on your account page because we are not responsible for mis-delivered boxes or product.  If you are having a problem you can always email us at adventureboxllc@gmail.com.

 

Q: What if I need to cancel my subscription?

A: Please notify Pandora’s Box Customer Support by the 15th of the month of cancellation, otherwise the terms are set to auto-renew as described in the “Billing and Shipping” of the “Terms and Conditions”.

 

Q: I’ve ordered my box, when will I get it?

A: Shipping will be on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month depending on when you sign up for Pandora’s Box. Please allow 2 weeks for shipping.

 

Q: It has been over two weeks since I have placed my order and I still haven’t received my box. What do I do?
